6. If a customer misses a confirmed appointment or fails to provide the necessary information, the consultation fee will not be refunded.

3. Nature of Astrology Services

4. Booking Cancellation, Rescheduling and Refund Policy

All payments are non-refundable.

1. Once a consultation booking has been confirmed and payment has been made, the consultation fee is non-refundable if the customer changes their mind, cancels the appointment, misses the appointment, or is dissatisfied with the astrological interpretation or guidance received.
2. Customers who wish to reschedule an appointment must contact Nabha Astro in advance. Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and approval.
3. Rescheduling is not guaranteed, and repeated rescheduling requests may be declined.
4. If Nabha Astro must cancel or cannot deliver a paid consultation, the customer may be offered a rescheduled appointment or another appropriate resolution.

5. Printed Astrology Books

1. Printed books are physical products and will be shipped to the delivery address provided by the customer.
2. Customers must ensure that their name, address, phone number, and other delivery details are correct at the time of ordering.
3. The printed book price and applicable shipping or delivery charges will be displayed before payment.
4. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on the customer’s location, courier services, weather, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
5. Customers should contact Nabha Astro promptly if an order arrives damaged, an incorrect book is delivered, or the shipment does not arrive within the communicated delivery period.
6. Customers are encouraged to retain photographs of damaged packaging or products when reporting a delivery issue.
7. Change-of-mind returns and refunds are not accepted. However, this restriction does not remove any remedy that may be required by law in cases involving defective, damaged, incorrect, or undelivered products.
8. If a product cannot be delivered because the customer supplied an incorrect or incomplete address or failed to accept delivery, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

6. Downloadable PDF Books and Digital Products

1. PDF books are digital products delivered electronically through a download link, email, or another method specified at checkout.
2. Customers should check the product description, language, format, and price before completing their purchase.
3. Customers are responsible for having a compatible device and suitable software to open and read PDF files.
